Last version was easy to use. Ticket management is now appears to be impossible. If it is possible, it is clunky at best.

Spent 30 plus minutes tonight trying to get into the game because the link to bring up your tickets is unclickable. Had similar issues last game. If youre going to force people to use your crap app and not the ticketmaster one (which actually works) try hiring developers who know what they are doing. Ive outsourced apps to India that worked better than this piece of junk. Lots of frustration and an angry wife are enough to make me stop buying tickets in this terrible app.

Cannot Load tickets to Passbook. Please fix before the playoffs begin. The Blazers are not accepting ticket access cards.

When listening to the streaming radio broadcast, which doesnt work outside of Portland metro area, that feed drops out after less than a minute. Consistently. Worthless for listening to a game. No point in downloading when other sports apps have better stats & articles. Worthless.

I signed up for text notifications for every game day passes, which worked fine the start of the season now it just takes me to a link where I can only upgrade my tickets (Tickets I dont have). It wont let me actually purchase game day tickets. If you guys can fix it please.

Live game audio streams crash after 1-2 mins of broadcasting. Please fix this!

This app could be SOO much better. Listening to the game through here (as mentioned by many other reviewers) just stops completely about every 90 seconds. Every single time. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED! The rest is ok but nothing great. We deserve better!

Its nice to see the score, but whats really great is to listen to the game. This app allows you to listen, but only for a minute or 2 before the audio shuts off. Its frustrating because you have to take your phone back out of your pocket, open, & restart it, only for it to happen again in a couple of minutes. Ive played around w/ the settings & it makes no difference. I contacted them about it months ago & never heard back. I make sure I always have the updated ios & the app updates in case they fix it, but they dont. The app has potential, but its a heartbreaker to have the audio shut off at key moments in the game. For that reason I give it only 1 star.

When I dont have access to cable to watch the game, I use the radio feature to listen to the game via this app. It has SAVED ME. I could never go without at least listening to the game. Of course when Im at work I am still listening to the game with my headphones and phone in pocket. Very handy. RIP CITY BABY!
